We live in Willoughby, a two-story house with a basement, and the old furnace (Rheem) was no longer coping: the upper rooms were overheating, and the lower ones were cold as a dungeon. Plus - it is quiet. At first I even thought that it did not turn on, because after the previous "rumbling" the silence seemed strange. The installation process was organized surprisingly clearly: two technicians came to the house, installed temporary coverings, everything was done carefully in one day. The old stove was dismantled and removed without additional payment. And what is important for me - a week later they called and asked how the system works, whether anything needs to be adjusted. I did not expect such care, to be honest.
